Official Plan to be Reviewed
The Harrow News has provided their view on the October 23rd Town of Essex Council meeting where they heard the Mayor’s Notice of Motion, listened to comments by team members from Colchester Matters and then approved the delay of the 2024 proposed Official Plan, a Comprehensive Review of all available land within the town and involvement of other ongoing studies.
